Administrative Services Clerk

We help customers succeed by understanding their unique document management needs and delivering systems and services that increase efficiency, reduce cost and improve document workflow. Our award-winning solutions include digital copier/printers (color and black-and-white), fax systems and multi-functional devices, document storage and retrieval systems.

We are currently seeking qualified candidates to become an integral part of our customer oriented administrative team.  Our team ensures efficient operation by providing on-going support to our sales and service staff. The job will consist of a wide variety of office duties in a fast moving environment. We provide ongoing training and supervision and a friendly working environment. We are currently filling positions in the following location(s):

Regina


Reporting to the Office Manager, the essential job responsibilities are:

  • Complete required training programs
  • Promote good customer relations
  • Answering a high volume of incoming phone calls
  • Perform a variety of general office duties in support of our sales and customer service teams equipment in accordance with the highest standards of technical services
  • Duties include reception, sales order processing, inventory control, and data entry
  • Communicate effectively with customers, and fellow team members
  • Function effectively in a busy work environment with the ability to deal with frequent interruptions 
     

Candidates require the following qualifications:

  • High School diploma
  • Post secondary education focusing on administration or business
  • Professional customer relations skills are a must
  • Ability to function in a busy, fast paced office environment
  • Previous administrative, clerical or customer service experience is preferred
  • Good computer aptitude and keyboarding skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Familiarity with MS Office, data entry and collections would be an asset
  • Neat appearance and good communication skills
  • Superior customer service skills
  • A self-starter who is career minded and motivated to work in a team environment
