Our Company
Success Office Systems is the premier independent document solutions provider in Saskatchewan. We are the exclusive RICOH/LANIER dealer in the Province of Saskatchewan and lead all other Canadian Ricoh dealers in sales. Our company has been awarded the “President’s Club” designation for virtually every year for the past 15 years. Our offices have been operating continuously since the late 1950’s and we have been an independent dealership for over 20 years.
Like many other high tech industries, there has been much turmoil in our industry over the past decade. There have been buyouts, takeovers, bankruptcies, downsizing, and transfers in and out. While this goes on, we remain one of the truly stable companies in our industry. We have not changed our primary supplier in that twenty years (although they have changed somewhat), and we have not changed our ownership in twenty years. We have also consistently been our supplier’s largest and most successful dealership in Canada.
We are respected by our peers as well as our customers and have become an important partner in the Ricoh organization. Our management has not changed. Our policies have not changed. Our growth has been consistent and constant. We are here to serve you now and will be here to serve you in the future.
Brian McManus and David Kossick, the original (and only) company shareholders, have 31 and 30 years respectively in this industry. Both were born and raised in Saskatchewan and both remain active in the company on an ongoing basis.
Our experience with large organizations is extensive. We have a history of supplying document solutions to a broad range of customers. We currently supply document solutions to government, NGO’s and business’ of all sizes and currently maintain several fleet customers with up to 300 systems each. Success Office Systems is both knowledgeable and capable in this industry and will “do what it takes” to successfully support your organization.
