  • The high standards we set for our technical service representatives begin before we hire them.  All technical staff are required to pass the most stringent technical tests in our industry - before they come to work for us.  Less than 5% of the individuals that apply to us for positions can pass our requirements.  Many of these applicants come from our competitors. It is for this reason alone that we believe that we have the strongest technical staff in our industry.
  • Intense product training qualifies them to work on each individual system that they are allowed to service.  When hired all technicians are required to spend one month in in-house training and must pass stringent equipment certification tests. They are then required to ride in the field with an experienced technician until they are adequately familiar with the equipment and process.

    All technicians are required to upgrade their knowledge on an ongoing basis. We utilize a complete battery of in-house training programs as well as a complete factory training program.

    Technicians are dispatched via cellular telephone, enabling us to re-route them in emergency situations. When you need emergency service, we’ll have a technician at your location in the shortest possible time.
